Madelein Gunnels believes that when we look good, we also feel good, so she is doing cosmetic procedures to rejuvenate and refresh her burgeoning clientele.
Madelein is a Registered Nurse licensed in Arizona (RN151169), Alaska, New Mexico, Texas and Vermont (inactive).
Dr. Kelly Lynn Schultz
Medical Director
Dr. Kelly Schultz is a board certified Geriatric/Adult Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice Degree in Phoenix, AZ.
She has had many years of experience as a Cardiac Telemetry Nurse in the hospital setting and is currently a professor of Undergraduate Nursing at Arizona State University.
In addition, she practices as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner in an upscale Senior Community in North Phoenix. She hopes that you feel confident that you will receive excellent and compassionate care at our spa.
